Agencies: an organization in the machinery of government that is responsible for the oversight and administration of specific functions.

Client: an individual who receives or has received support or assistance from a service funded.

NFP: Not for Profit 

NGO: Non-government organisation

Programs: specific discrete programs provided by both agencies and organisations. 

Referrer: The practitioner who refers a client to one or more programs.

Referred: The client who has been referred

Referral recipient: the agency/organisation receiving the referral 

Service Categories: a general description of the types of, and characteristics of programs available.
